the staff was lovely and very accomodating . the room had a layout i did love and the bathroom was first class. hotel location was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful. cottage rooms are characterful and homely. the lounge and bar are charming.
i found one minor issue. the pool was not available for use.

the location was excellent for exploring the surrounding area. staff were available and very friendly. beds were comfy and the pillows were great, though.
the reason i booked was the outdoor pool, but nothing was open including pools, gym, and bars. the breakfast was like a continental breakfast only, not worth the price i paid.

the room had beautiful sea views it was tastefully decorated the bathroom looked very modern. the communal areas had immaculate carpets. there was a lovely room across from the bar it allowed my family group to play cards in comfort.
the car park was full on arrival the overflow parking cost extra. pillows seemed well used they had not been plumped recently. i heard a racket from the radiator i turned it off but the noise continued.

the room was very clean (i always appreciate that!). it featured a splendid sea view. breakfast was also good with varied options.
the car park was full upon arrival, so i had to park outside. the pillows seemed well used, and i found them not plumped enough.
